Section 82
Giving a warning or withholding a maximum of two salary increments or withholding promotion for two years
In any of the following cases, an employee may be punished by giving a warning or withholding a maximum of two salary increments or withholding a promotion for two years:-
(a) If the work done by him is not satisfactory,
(b) In case of not complying with the prevailing law,
(c) If written warning is received twice in one year according to sub-section (2) of section 77,
(d) In case of failure to fulfill the official duties prescribed by this Act or prevailing laws,
(e) If he does not follow the instructions given by his superiors regarding the frequent neglect of complaints and complaints of the customer,
(f) If the official who is responsible for enforcing the job description does not do so.
